31 works from Bita Vakili, considered one of the most successful female artists in the Middle East, were held at the UK border from Monday 12 November until Thursday 15 November. The works were due to go on display at CAMA Gallery in London’s Westminster as a solo show, opening that week.

The “Time Lapse Exhibition” and “Art Beyond the Canvas” both take place at The Container Yard in the DTLA Arts District. The events showcase Iranian art, film, photography, architecture, and humanitarian projects around the world. The exhibition will run for two weeks, closing on November 14. The opening reception, Friday at 8 pm, is free and open to the public. The Green Truck will be there serving tacos.
